Who publishes this newsroom
DriveAgent publishes automotive news and analysis alongside its automotive software business. This is a commercial publisher, and our coverage should be read in that context. Our intended audience includes Australian dealerships and automotive professionals.
Research and attribution
Our automated pipeline uses Perplexity to discover topics and research sources. Articles link to the material supporting their claims. We prioritise official announcements, regulators and original datasets, with independent corroboration for researched news. An additional automated check reviews factual claims before publication. These checks can make mistakes; publication is not a guarantee of accuracy and does not imply human review.
Government data briefs identify their dataset and reporting period. A monthly release is not a daily registration count. External headlines collected by ADME link readers to the original publisher.
Facts and analysis
We distinguish confirmed developments from our interpretation, and identify material uncertainty about Australian availability, pricing and timing. Our publishing target is up to 20 articles a day; evidence and originality take priority over that target. Public campaign visibility does not establish advertising spend or performance.
Illustrations
Some images are AI-generated illustrations, while others are conceptual editorial graphics. Article captions identify these images and provide reference links where available. Illustrations are not photographs of an event and may differ from production vehicles. A reference link identifies source material; it does not imply endorsement.
Corrections and withdrawals
To report an error, email [email protected] with the article URL, the disputed claim and supporting evidence. This is the website’s existing contact address.
Authorised administrators can withdraw an article while an issue is investigated. Withdrawn articles are removed from public listings and feeds; their URLs show a withdrawal notice. Administrative withdrawals and restorations require a recorded reason. Published and updated timestamps appear on article pages.
